How does junk removal work
At Titan Solutions LLC we generally charge by the cubic yard with access to the materials and the weight of the materials as a factor.
When we arrive, we will ensure everything is loaded and cleaned correctly, all you need to do is point to the junk, trash, or garbage you are needing removed, and will do the rest. Apartment clean out, Garage clean out, Whole home clean out, or yard waste hauling, we handle it all.
We will gather the materials and load the materials for you. Sweep the area we worked in. Haul it to the dump or recyclers.
How do we calculate junk removal rates?
We charge according to the amount of junk, trash or green waste that we load. See rate table below.
- We are more than happy to come out and give you a free estimate on your junk removal or yard debris hauling.
- When it comes to our hauling rates there are no surprises! Our rates are up front with no added labor or weight charges. All will be discussed prior to the job starting.
- For loads that contain at least 25% recyclable materials such as metal, paper, cardboard etc. we offer a 10% discount.
- *Heavy material removal (dirt, concrete, construction debris removal) subject to additional charges. Call for details
